  • Designed an agentic chat experience that lets support reps resolve high-impact cases on their own, preventing 20,000 escalations since launch.

  • Co-led 0-to-1 strategy for LinkedIn's GTM Operating System, pitching the vision to VP and Director stakeholders to win funding and headcount, and taking it from concept to alpha.
